The ClimbUK Awards celebrate the extraordinary achievements of individuals and businesses. These prestigious awards, shine a spotlight on the innovators, the disruptors, the entrepreneurs, and the leaders who are driving growth, innovation, and positive change across the UK.
We invite you to nominate the businesses and individuals who inspire you, who are pushing boundaries, and who are making a real difference in their industries and communities. Whether it's a groundbreaking startup, a visionary entrepreneur, a game-changing investor, or an exceptional leader, let's recognise the people and companies that are shaping the future of UK business.
After nominations close on 31st March, the public will vote for their favourites on the ClimbUK website. The three contenders with the highest number of votes in each category will be the finalists. The winners will then be chosen by the ClimbUK judging panel and announced at Climb25.

Scale Up or Growth Company of the Year
This award recognises a scale-up or growth company demonstrating exceptional vision, rapid expansion, and significant achievements in its respective field. A scale-up company is generally defined as a business that has experienced significant growth in revenue or employee numbers (often 20% year-on-year), has a proven business model, and is actively seeking further expansion. Nominees should be demonstrating innovation, resilience, and leadership, positioning themselves as a force to be reckoned with in the business landscape.
Impact Driver of the Year Award
This award recognises a business demonstrating exceptional commitment and significant impact in sustainability, climate action, diversity, equity, inclusion, or another field which demonstrably makes a positive impact on society and/or the environment. The Impact Driver of the Year is not simply talking about change; they are actively implementing innovative solutions, building inclusive cultures, and achieving measurable results that contribute to a better future for all. They are leading the way in creating positive change and inspiring others to do the same.
Emerging Talent of the Year
This award recognises an Emerging Talent demonstrating exceptional promise, burgeoning skills, and significant early contributions in their chosen field. The Emerging Talent of the Year is actively honing their craft, embracing new challenges, and making a tangible impact within their industry. They are demonstrating a passion for learning, a commitment to excellence, and the drive to achieve great things. This individual is on a path to becoming a future leader in their field. Their dedication and hard work are evident in all that they do.
Startup Entrepreneur of the Year
This award recognises a Startup Entrepreneur demonstrating exceptional vision, innovative thinking, and significant early achievements in building a promising new business. The Startup Entrepreneur of the Year is identifying opportunities, taking calculated risks, and building a foundation for future growth and success. They are demonstrating resilience, creativity, and leadership, and possess the drive and determination to overcome obstacles. This individual has the potential to become a major player in the business world.
Innovator of the Year
This award recognises an Innovator demonstrating exceptional vision, groundbreaking ideas, and significant achievements in developing and implementing innovative solutions. The Innovator of the Year is actively pushing boundaries, challenging conventional thinking, and creating new possibilities within their field. They are demonstrating creativity, ingenuity, and a relentless pursuit of improvement. This individual is making a real difference through their forward-thinking approach and commitment to innovation.
